PROFIL
A graduate from Laval University’s School of Architecture, Stéphane Lalancette has over twenty years of experience. He has worked on numerous projects varying in size and budgets. He is particularly appreciated for his ability to see a project from beginning to end and to ensure smooth coordination with all parties involved.
From 2010 to 2015, Stéphane acted as lead designer and project manager for the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), one of Québec’s largest hospitals. This mandate provided him with a unique expertise in state-of-the-art health institutions, as well as in the management of projects involving numerous stakeholders. He became known for his natural leadership, his pragmatic approach, and his ability to adapt to the terms of public-private partnerships.
In addition to his work in the hospital sector, Stéphane Lalancette has designed and built a variety of projects, including residences, schools, and offices. His deep commitment to his work and his focus on client satisfaction, make Stéphane a key team player. -

PROFIL
Over the past 30 years, Jean-Pierre Lamer has made a name for himself as a residential, hotel, and commercial architect. He collaborated on the design of the prestigious Hôtels Germain while he worked for one of the most renowned firms in the hotel business. He later worked for the Montréal-based firm Yelle Maillé where he was entrusted with the design of various commercial spaces as well as the redevelopment and expansion of several schools. He was also involved with numerous hospital projects, including the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC).
Jean-Pierre Lamer is known for his ability to deal with significant programmatic and technical challenges. He gets involved as project manager from the earliest stages of an assignment and stays on until completion. His responsibilities include supervising the design team, drafting contractual documents as well as managing budgets and schedules. He is also in charge of ensuring the smooth running of construction sites. His intimate involvement with all aspects of a project have earned him the trust of his clients.
Jean-Pierre has developed a highly valued expertise in terms of mitigation measures and phasing. Many institutional projects he has worked on have implied building in various phases due to partial occupation by users. Jean-Pierre Lamer was able to manage these uneasy situations in a tactful and effective manner, providing users who had to remain in place during construction with safe conditions and relative calm.

PROFIL
Trained in office management, Nathacha Dubé has worked with architects for the last twenty years. In 2012, she became responsible for the financial department of a major firm where she became a partner. She collaborated closely with her current partners Stéphane Lalancette and Jean-Pierre Lamer before they co-founded LLA architecture. She joined them in 2020.
Besides her responsibilities as Head of Finances and Human Resources Nathacha oversees all of LLA’s administrative work. She is involved at every step of a project, from responding to RFTs to managing all contractual agreements. Her multi-faceted abilities and her organizational skills are particularly appreciated by her colleagues and by LLA’s clients.
